Resource Video: The Impossible Dreams Podcast From UFOs To The Formula For Life
During this Reflection Session, participants listened to and discussed the Impossible Dreams Podcast featuring Darryl Anka channeling Bashar, exploring what Bashar describes as The Five Principles of Existence and The Formula for living in alignment with one's authentic self.
The 5 Principles of Existence
These are considered the absolute laws of reality. According to Bashar, everything else is just a temporary rule or local custom, but these five things are true everywhere, always.
You Exist (I Am) If you exist now, your existence is eternal. You cannot become nothing. You may change your form, your manifestation, and your perspective, but your core consciousness is a fundamental building block of the universe.
Everything is Here and Now Time and space are illusions created by the perspective of your physical mind. Past, present, and future options all exist simultaneously in the Eternal Now. When you "change the past" or "predict the future," you are actually shifting your focus to a completely different parallel reality that exists right now.
The One is the All, and the All are the One Every individual piece of reality is made of the exact same single substance: Source energy. You are not a separate drop of water trying to get back to the ocean; you are the entire ocean in a unique, localized drop.
What You Put Out is What You Get Back Reality acts as a physical mirror. It doesn't give you what you want; it reflects back the exact vibrational frequency of what you are. Your beliefs, thoughts, and emotional states dictate the physical experiences that manifest around you.
Everything Changes, Except the First Four Laws The only constant in existence is change. The structure of reality remains identical (Laws 1 through 4), but the expression of that structure is in a state of perpetual, infinite evolution.
The Formula
While the 5 Principles describe how reality is built, The Formula is the instructional manual for how to operate within it. It is designed to maximize synchronicity and align you with your most authentic self.
It consists of three specific steps, anchored by a crucial baseline attitude:
Act on your highest excitement
Look at the options available to you in any given moment and choose the one that carries even a fraction more excitement, passion, or interest than the others. You don't have to wait for a massive life-changing opportunity; act on the small threads of excitement available to you right now.
Take action to the absolute best of your ability
When you choose that exciting path, push it as far as you can. Use all your skills, talents, imagination, and resources to take that action until you hit a natural ceiling or a dead end where you can go no further.
Act with zero expectation of the outcome
This is the step that trips most people up. You must dive into the excitement completely detached from how it turns out. Physical minds are great at experiencing reality, but they are terrible at guessing the best possible outcome. If you insist that your excitement must look a certain way (e.g., "This project must make me $10,000"), you close the door on unexpected, better manifestations.
The Underlying Principle: Excitement is not just an emotion; it is a physical communication from your Higher Self. It acts as an internal compass and an organizing engine. When you follow it with zero baggage or demand on the outcome, it naturally brings you everything you need—abundance, support, and clarity—while filtering out what you don't.
The Formula Including the Last 2 Steps
You are spot on—the foundational 3-step action plan expands into a complete 5-step loop that ensures the engine of manifestation doesn't stall when reality throws you a curveball.
While the first three steps are about taking action, steps four and five are about maintaining your state and clearing out the sub-conscious friction that holds you back.
Here is how the complete 5-step loop of The Formula works together:
The Complete 5-Step Formula
Act on your highest excitement
In any given moment, look at the options available to you and choose the one that contains the most excitement, passion, or interest—even if it's just a tiny bit more than the other options.
Act to the absolute best of your ability
Take that action as far as you can. Use your full effort, skills, and resources until you hit a natural ceiling or a door closes, signaling that it’s time to look for the next exciting option.
Have zero expectation of a specific outcome
Do not micromanage the universe. Your physical mind can only guess what the best outcome looks like based on past data, but your Higher Self sees the bigger picture. Detach completely from how it manifests.
Remain in a positive state, no matter what happens
This is where the real mastery comes in. When you take action and the result looks like a "failure" or an obstacle, the physical mind's default reaction is to drop into negativity. Bashar states that manifestation is a mirror: if you assign a negative meaning to an event, it will produce a negative effect in your life.
If you choose to see the unexpected twist as a useful tool—perhaps it’s a course correction, a protection from a worse path, or a hidden opportunity—you maintain a positive vibrational state. By doing so, you force the universe to extract a positive benefit out of that event for you.
Clear out fear-based beliefs (and repeat)
If you find yourself unable to feel excited, or if you are trapped in a loop of anxiety about an outcome, it means you have a hidden, fear-based belief running in the background.
Fear is just an indicator pointing to a belief that doesn't belong to you. To clear it:
Identify it: Ask yourself, "What would I have to believe is true about myself or reality in order to feel this fear right now?"
Acknowledge its irrelevance: Once you see the belief (e.g., "I am not supported" or "Success is dangerous"), realize it is just an old definition you picked up from society or childhood.
Drop it: Once you consciously realize a belief makes no logical sense for who you are now, it loses its power.
Once you clear that friction, your energy frees up, and you instantly loop back to Step 1 to act on the next thread of excitement with a clean slate.
The Loop Mechanism: Steps 1 through 3 get you moving, Step 4 keeps your energy high when things look messy, and Step 5 cleans the gears so you can keep moving forward indefinitely.
